Highly experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and support workers support this service.
Seasons Caregiver’s runs a combined service comprising of supported specialised 24 HOUR Crisis house that supports service user’s who are in crisis and cannot be managed at home and need close monitoring while the specialist community mental health services alleviate the crisis or provide hospital in- patient bed.
The 7-bedroom facility will also be able to provide step down beds for patients who no longer need hospital care, and awaiting long-term accommodation to be secured.
This service is aimed to help Hospital discharge Managers be able to manage in-patient bed demand in hospitals.
Service users are treated with dignity, empathy and given choices in their recovery Journey.
Our experienced staff use person centred and trauma informed care approach when providing care to service users.
Our care plans are formulated with the service user with focus on the individual service user. The service provides up to 24- hour supported care packages for service users.
