Seasons Caregivers Limited is an integrated care and mental health support service provider, which provides bespoke care, and support packages in the community with emphasis of enablement and independence for all service user.

At seasons caregivers we provide support to service users in a safe and caring environment. Our service is centred around clients with complex and challenging needs such as, enduring mental health needs, and acute mental health support.

Our services cover the London borough of Newham and extends to Buckinghamshire .

Our Aim & Objectives

Seasons Caregivers provide care for individuals with debilitating and enduring mental health problems and its main aim and objectives are:

To provide support that is centred around service user’s individual needs.

To empower service users to live as independent a life as possible.

To promote diversity and eliminate discrimination while providing care to service users .

To provide a service that takes into account service user’s choice , personal circumstances and individual capabilities.

Increase vulnerable adults’ awareness of their right to direct payments or individualised budget.

To support our clients to develop their own individualised support plan in collaboration with family, friends and care professionals with their consent.

To enable vulnerable adults to develop their confidence and maintain their dignity, by retaining control of the care and support services they receive.

Provide opportunities to choose from the range of recreational, educational and employment opportunities that are available in the community.

To support service users have access to appropriate health and social care services.
